To reduce volume, the following treatments could be used. Dosage or unit would be gone over first during the treatment.  We are extremely conservative when it comes to how many units of botox or energy shots for ultherapy are used for each group of muscle, we would always do ½ of the dosage needed and have you come back in 1-2 weeks for the remaining dose if needed. Sometimes, the ½ dose is enough to reduce the volume. We also recommend to spread the dosage over time.
