Definition: 

Microneedling technique involves using multiple tiny, STERILE needles to puncture the skin and cause physical trauma which prompts the derma, a deeper layer of skin to rebuild. At our practice, we recommend to build up your skin immune system by increasing the depth of the needles gradually and conservatively; this way we could control the skin condition and its restoration/healing process. It is not wise to invasively puncture the skin deep enough to cause too much damage and then pray for the skin to heal by itself over time.

Pain Reliever: not necessary

 

Duration: 1-1.5hrs including prepping time

Please arrive 15min early to fill out all the paper work. If you are running behind, please notify the clinic at least 2hrs before to make sure you can keep your treatment time. Without a notification, your treatment will be automatically reschedule after 15 min of no show and you will be charged $200 for no show. 

Downtime: skin could appear read for several hours. 

After Care: hydration mask containing niacinamide is highly recommended.

Wash your face normally

No Chemical peel, any laser at least 1 week after microneedling
